Watchet-Gro® BioFix
WATCHET-GRO Bio-Fix is produced in a liquid form for agricultural application. The product has a N-fixing bacteria component as well as OM-decomposing and PK-releasing bacteria.
What is in Watchet-Gro® Biofix
• Nitrogen – fixing microbe
• Phosphorus – releasing microbe
• Potassium – releasing microbe
• Other microbes in a bio diverse form
Supplied is a breakdown on the bacterial componentry of the major genus.
The specifics of the bio-fix product we have developed are made up of the following Bacillus species:
Bacillus subtilis; B. sphaericus: B. megaterium; B.macerans; B.laterosporus and B.thuringiensis.
Natural organic sugars are used as feedstock for the bacillus. The Bio-Fix product is completely GMO free.
Overview
Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium ate the three most needed nutrients within our cropping and pasture systems. Each of these may be readily present within the soil profile, but not available for plant uptake for a number of reasons.
There are a multitude of bacteria that function naturally within our soils to enable the cycling of nutrients through plants and animals. The activity and survival of these bacteria will be influenced by factors such as cultivation, soil moisture and temperature.
Watchet-Gro® Biofix provides a mix of bacterium to fix Nitrogen from the atmosphere, release Phosphorus and Potassium from the soil profile and decompose organic matter to promote cycling of a mix of trace elements.
Watchet-Gro® Biofix is produced in a liquid form for spray application.
Usage Rates:
Minimum application rates (low to medium organic matter levels) 20 Litres Per Hectare.
Maximum application rates (high to very high organic matter levels such as pastures with acid or brown tops, etc) 40 Litre per hectare
Product Usage Considerations and Safety:
Watchet-Gro® Biofixmust be applied where there is adequate soil moisture and temperature for plant/bacterial growth without being extreme.
Pack Sizes:
20 L, 200 L, 1000 L
